We deliver planning solutions for fuels and gases.

Bottomline is a Dutch company, that was founded in 1998, and acts as a supplier of efficient, timely and safe replenishment of fuels and gases.

We serve our customers from a software and services division. We do this for customers in Belgium, England, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Luxembourg, Norway, Sweden and The Netherlands.

Software


Our software division builds inventory routing software and sells it to shippers or carriers, responsible for transport planning of fuels or gases, who use the Vendor Managed Inventories (VMI) concept. Bottomline is building software since 2001, driven by innovation and continuous improvement. If we feel we can do better we don’t mind to take another exit or start all over again.

Our first solution VMIScheduler in 2003 was on-premise software with focus on planning only. Our second solution Delivery in 2010 included the integration with third party on-board computers and a reconciliation module. In 2015 we made a first step towards cloud software with the introduction of the Bottomline software suite containing a customer portal and driver app. Our latest solution BX was launched in 2024 and is a SaaS solution that supports the concept of autonomous inventory routing.

Services


Our services division delivers a planning service, transport service and wetstock management. These services are offered as add-ons to our inventory routing software.

The planning service is delivered with our team of experienced and multi-lingual planners. The transport service, a shared truck concept with a fleet of non-branded trucks, is delivered in close collaboration with carrier Schenk. For the wetstock management service we collaborate with business partner Fairbanks.

All these services are value added services, focussed on creating cost savings for our customers as a result of smarter planning, shared trucking and timely product loss detection.
